This website, tunity.music, is operated by TUNITY Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC816860) ("TUNITY", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you have any questions about them, contact us through our contact form.

What this site is

This is a pre-launch website for TUNITY, a music social network that is still being built. Everything on this site — descriptions of features, plans and timings — is information about what we intend to build, not a promise or an offer. Plans can and do change as we develop the product.

Joining the waitlist gives you our launch news by email. It does not guarantee access to the platform, any particular feature, or any particular launch date. How we handle your personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy, which is separate from these terms.

Using this site

You may use this site for your own personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems;
  • use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content or submit forms;
  • introduce malicious code or interfere with the site's operation; or
  • use the site's forms to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content.

Our content

The TUNITY name, logo, branding and the content of this site belong to TUNITY Ltd or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site freely; you may not reproduce our branding or content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Third-party links

Where this site links to other websites (for example our social media profiles), those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability or accuracy, and we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them — though nothing in this section takes away protections you have under the law of the place where you live.
